This Honors course introduces descriptive statistics, likelihood and chance distributions, estimation, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, two-sample inferences, correlation and regression and nonparametric tests. This course is a first course in statistical methods and involves Honors students in projects and development of portfolios. This course is a primary course in statistical strategies for these students getting into a science or business-related subject. This course is designed to additional pupil understanding of the ideas and purposes of analytical and theoretical approaches to literature.
